Surgical Innovations’ Code of Conduct protects the confidentiality and intellectual property of our innovators while allowing for an open dialogue and free exchange of ideas. It sets an important tone for our community by establishing an expectation of mutual trust and collegiality. All participants in Surgical Innovations activities external to the University of California are required to have signed this document.
